"Went very well. It was discovered that all four ducts were not sealed when my new unit was installed nine years ago. I’ve been suffering with respiratory issues that have been getting exponentially worse over the last few years as a result of some mold that was developing because of the hot and cold air mixing. Luis the technician took care of this problem right away and after cleaning the ducts he sealed them. He further recommended that I consider getting a UV light installed in the air handler."

"They construct the fence from scratch. It's very solid. It looks very nice. Doing it that way rather than installing it in sections is good for uneven, going around trees, matching up with other fences that sort of a thing. So, it looks very clean and professional. They did a nice job."

We had some detail work with accent colors and multiple areas that needed patching from other repairs. Reef did such a great job that the house looks brand new! "Tinez is owned by Ruben and Jessica Martinez who are courteous, professional and highly skilled at their crafts and in project management. Jessica took the lead on the interior design and Ruben took the lead on demolition, construction, etc. My house is more than 7,000 square feet and although relatively new, didn't appeal to me in the state that I purchased it. I wanted a more open, light and contemporary look, so we gutted it and invested about a million dollars in the remodeling mostly interior but also to some extent exterior and full re-landscaping. I have received many compliments on their work and I continue to call on them to handle small and mid-size projects. We are now installing a power back-up generator and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs. Tinez employs highly skilled and professional staff as well and I would certainly recommend them for projects large and small."

"Henry came out when scheduled for a look at the job first and gave us a quote immediately. We agreed and scheduled the job and again he was right on time with materials and workers to do the job. They cleaned up afterward and the whole job was handled professionally. Also,  a lot of contractors that we have worked with, always demand money up front which is something i don't agree with and Henry did not ask for any money until the work was completed. We hope that we have the opportunity to work with him again."

"Tropical Renovations were extremely professional and did the job wonderfully and FAST! My only critical feedback was the initial quote was much lower than the final price and it went so fast that there was sufficient check in on the increase in costs. In the end, the price was fair given all the work and quality. I would absolutely recommend and use them in the future. Next time, however, I will be stronger on getting the quote in writing and requiring specific approval if it is going to cost more. <br /> Also, the entire crew was incredibly friendly and hardworking. They even picked up all the materials I ordered from Home Depot and brought to the site. <br /> Great experience! <br />"
