The owner, Laz, came from Miami to my home in West Delray to give me an estimate. He said my current unit was too small, and that after 12 years it was time to replace it. We agreed on a price, and set an installation day. They came up on a Saturday and installed my new "York 3.5 ton unit." The air handler is in my attic so it was a tad tricky. They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct).
