"The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. At the end of the job, the crew thoroughly cleaned the lawn removing any smaller branches."

"I met with John to give me an estimate to cut a few trees. I had 1 tree in the front yard, 1 tree in the back yard, and about 4 trees just behind the backyard fence. He told me they will use the crane/bucket to cut the front yard tree. My house is surrounded by a chain link fence. I ask him if they will need to break the fence and he said no. I text John later in the week that they can break the fence in the back yard if they needed to because it was already partially broken from the fallen tree branches. When the crew came, the crew leader say he needs to break the front yard fence to get his truck into the backyard. I'm like what? John didn't say anything about that. I thought they were going to climb up the trees in the backyard. Since I was planning to replace the fence, I let them go ahead and break it. They finish the entire job in about 4 hours."

"He responded quickly to my call, came the same day to inspect the trees and began treatment within a few days. He was informative about the disease and had specialized training in treating oak wilt. He did let us know that treatment effectiveness is only about 50/50 when you have trees that are already infected. Since the treatment was recent, we don't know if the trees will survive. But since these trees provide our backyard shade, we decided to go ahead with the treatment."

"I have been looking for someone to do this kind of work for a while since it doesn't make sense for me to own and maintain my own log splitter and manual splitting is not feasible.  I burn wood, and have large trees taken down from time to time (as do many of my neighbors). I emailed Trevor with pics and a volume estimate of the wood I needed processed. He responded promptly with an estimate, his conditions, and a date. I accepted, and, without further ado, Trevor and assistant showed up at the agreed upon time. He quickly understood what I needed done and proceeded with the work efficiently, without any need for further discussion or direction. I was able to completely concentrate on some other work that I had to do.
