"I had a 15 year old water heater that started leaking from the bottom. It was a small leak but it needed to be fixed. Tanner came out and ran some tests on the heater. Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. Amazing job, he even explained to me what to look for in various service situations. 10/10 would recommend."

"He did a great job, but since the new meters need a special key to shut off main valve is no longer there, it's computer operated the reading and no one can just close anything it's not helpful the maui water department. Your worker made magic that help so much thank you. Mahalo a hui hou. Olelo."
