"Bailed and left my roof exposed to the elements. Rain is destroying my uncovered decking now. Extremely overpriced as seeing someone in distress motivated their price point. Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility. Often stated, "I hope we don't find anything else." Salesperson understands and remembers little. Constant address and verbage mistakes by office personnel. Property damaged by roofers. Roofing nails left on the ground in multiple areas. Have to constantly watch for potential flat tires. No insurance, no bueno. Go to a larger reputable company and save yourself any untoward stress and anxiety. "
