"I know this was a tiny job (replacing ONE shingle) for a company that does full roofing jobs, so I wasn't even sure I could find an actual roofer to do it. James responded to my initial email quickly, and came out to do the repair within a couple of days! We really appreciated that, as water had already come through the roof during two recent rains. While he was performing the repair, he also noticed (and replaced) a second torn shingle, as well as doing a check of the roof including the ridge vent. He also added some roof cement around a couple of vents to help prevent future issues. He was quick to respond, quick to come out, and went above and beyond.
