"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Crescent City Roofing responded to my request for bid almost immediately. The other two companies did not. Clay was most courteous and his guys did a fantastic jod fixing everything. He even provided gutter repair, or should I say, replacement with leaf guards (and not the flimsy kind one buys at the local hardware stores (both the small ones and the large ones). The gutter folks were out here a day after the bid from Clay, there was only 2 of them, and in less than 3 hours the entire back was replaced with new gutters (over a 100’), downspouts, and leaf gurds. I can’t recommend Crescent City Roofing high enough to adequately describe their efforts. They were superb in every way! I would highly recommend them as I know they will do a superb job on any project!"
