Repeated requests, over the past several months by email, text, and phone, have received little to no response. The repair is still not completed."

"Kerry and Adam, were great to work with. They always called back with any questions we had and were very pleasant. We had hail twice in one year August and October. Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out. The crews that work for them, that did our siding and roof and windows were all very pleasant and they also did a great job cleaning up."

We never felt like we were not his number one priority. He followed-up multiple times to make sure we were in the loop with the process and where we were in the process of the claim and services. The roof and gutters look great! The crew did a wonderful job and were very fast and efficient. We thought it would have taken and extra day or two. It really wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. They showed up right on time and prepped the house, moving deck furniture and protecting plants. I can't believe how fast they completed the roof and it looks fantastic. When I put up Christmas lights, I investigated the roof and they did all the little details perfectly. High quality job at low cost and no hassle. "
