"I received excellent service from Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling. ! I received a step by step explanation of the roof replacement, by the owner of the company and in terms I could understand. The quote was provided promptly as well. The pricing was fair and I shopped around before signing on with Keyprime so I know this with certainty. The roof is just beautiful and it was installed in 1 day. All of the workers, were professional. This is a company that was a pleasure doing business with! Susan"

"Overall the experience was good.  It was a really busy time in NE Minneapolis with recent hail storms causing many people to need work done.  All American Exteriors LLC was able to guarantee getting the work done in the time frame that I had available, and came in at the best price.  I had confirmed lead paint on the exterior of my house, and rather than doing lead mitigation ($20k+), I opted to have my house securely wrapped to seal in the lead paint, with new Vinyl Siding on top.  After getting the quote we found that we would be able to afford getting new Soffit and Facia, as well as the replacement of one window.  After a couple of reschedules due to rain, the crew showed up and got to work.  I was extremely surprised by the amount they got done in just the first day.  They were unable to come the next day due to a vehicle issue (van got stuck in Wisconsin with a bad alternator) - but they were able to make it the next day and get back to work.  It took approximately a week to get all of the work completed - the Owner and his crew were very courteous and willing to address any concerns I had.  They cleaned up after themselves very well (I only found a couple of little things laying around after they left).  After paying for the work they did, they were still very responsive when I found a couple of minor issues that I wanted addressed and were out to get them fixed within a couple of days.
The only real issues I had with the service are the following:
1.  The window install - it took a while to complete, due to an emergency for the contractor.  I was not informed of when he would be back to finish the job and had to call to ensure it would be completed.  Additionally, there was no finishing work done on the inside (silicone/caulk around the edges of the window) - was able to complete myself with little effort.
2.  The dumpster was left at my residence for quite a few days past the job being completed.  Not a huge issue as it was placed out of the way in an unused driveway - however someone had opted to throw a bunch of smelly garbage in it so we had to deal with that.  Not necessarily All American Exteriors fault as they dumpsters are contracted out to a different company.
Would I recommend All American Exteriors to a friend?  Yes.  Would I use All American Exteriors again myself?  Yes.
I have dealt with a number of contractors in the past for various work around my home (Landscaping, retaining wall, roofing, plumbing, siding) and All American Exteriors right up at the top of the list.
Nice work Team!

"It was good work. They were able to hold conversation with you. They knew what they were doing. They did one portion in the back to match the existing siding. They did a very good job. They cleaned up well. They went after the insurance company to get the rest of my money."

"I highly recommend contacting Joe W for any home improvement needs. Our roof installation was a smooth process from start to finish! Our previous shingles ended being discontinued & Joe did a great job explaining the process and working with our insurance to ensure that we got the best possible replacement shingle. I love the color! What a huge improvement on our home!"

"They showed up a day early, and got the whole roof done in one day."

"Called two larger company's for quotes and did not get a response, but I think because Ken's Roofing is smaller, they were able to respond and do the work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks of initial contact.) Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Also, Brad is the new co-owner as of a year or so."

"They were very professional and on time. The roof looks amazing and we would definitely hire them again in the future."

"The service was outstanding! Pann was very easy to work with, extremely helpful, courteous, and very quick to respond when we reached out to him. He was very professional, friendly and personable. We never felt like we were not his number one priority. He followed-up multiple times to make sure we were in the loop with the process and where we were in the process of the claim and services. The roof and gutters look great! The crew did a wonderful job and were very fast and efficient. We thought it would have taken and extra day or two. It really wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. We are very happy with the company and everyone involved. We would definitely do business with them again and recommend family and friends to them. Thank you!"

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).
