"Customer service was very good and technicians were friendly. A couple minor issues were that the bottom caps of a couple doors were cut off and not replaced. Additionally, although I emphasized multiple times that door trim and jambs should go all the way to the floor, they did not on multiple doors."

"William does not return messages or phone calls. He put a storm door on for me to which he put the door handle on backwards, did not put the weather strip on at the bottom. I need lvp put down and I have been put off for 3 weeks now. It's always some excuse. I need to get my home on the market. Frustrated and I need someone to keep their word as this is an hour and a half drive to get to my lake home. Do not recommend!"
