The pricing was excessive for the scope of work, and to make matters worse, the company processed the final payment on a credit card without authorization—a billing issue that remains unresolved. Additionally, homeowner never received a final payment receipt, warranty documentation, or any adjustment to the final bill to reflect the actual scope and quality of the work performed."
