"We recently purchased a home in which the heating ducts had to be replaced because of age. We have used Berico for 20+ years and so gave them the job. Tim and Blake came out to do the job which took a day and half. To be honest I thought I would have to do some clean up after the job BUT these two techs were Fantastic. We realize Berico is the premium heating and air company in the Triad. However Tim and Blake were polite, detail minded, and very professional. The work was outstanding and the two left nothing for us to clean up. Paying a little more is well worth the quality of work they did."

"Originally scheduled for a Tuesday, Bill gave me plenty of notice that the weather was looking bad for days (it was) and that he could get to my project on Saturday morning. So glad he did. He showed up on time, did the work requested and then some, making the exterior of my house (that I need to sell pretty soon) look like it did 20 years ago when it was built. He also washed my driveway and I'm pretty sure it hasn't looked this clean except maybe the day it was poured. I was actually stunned when I walked out my front door. Personable, friendly, courteous, professional service. I could not be more pleased."

"Very impressed and satisfied. The Lennox heat pump quit cooling on Friday. After calling several providers, Reedy promised to come out the same day. The technician came Friday afternoon and quickly diagnosed that the blower motor was failing and needed replaced. He said if he could find the motor on Saturday, he would come back and replace it. He called back Saturday morning and said he would be able to get the blower motor and would be out to fix it. It took a few hours for him to arrive since he had many other calls to make. Once he arrived, he quickly replaced the blower motor and the cold air started flowing. Very happy with service and will definitely call them if we have any HVAC issues in the future. There rates are higher on the weekend, but in this hot, humid weather it is worth it and I'm happy to receive weekend service."

"A tech came out in timely fashion, confirmed the squirrel infestation, and had "the office" gave me an estimate. I agreed to the service. He came back and baited and said the office would call and schedule the actual service. 10 days later I finally heard from "the office" saying he'd had the flu and that he'd "researched" and found he couldn't do the work. Squirrels had to be trapped and released, not killed. AFTER poisoning them. I used Critter Control and was very happy with their service. United is NOT the company to use for squirrels!! (I paid them for the bait, but nothing else. I still got a bill, which I ignored!)"
