"Only one issue.  Tony knew his stuff, handling the wires without turning off the electricity or using gloves.  He fixed everything I asked to have fixed.  He swapped out one outlet rather than removing a plastic piece stuck in it and said he should replace a light fixture when all I needed to have done was remove a broken bulb, which I stuck too.  I am accustomed to upselling services so that's not that big a deal.  But because he has to go buy some of the outlets, he charged $25 for gas.  This was for a relatively short trip that IRS mileage rates would have allowed only $6 for.   So I felt he took advantage, which is why I cannot recommend is service.
