"What a terrible experience. There is no supervisor on site despite being told there would be. I had broken sprinkler lines despite having marked them in paint and pointed out the markings. I had to correct the concrete forms because the radius was not to specifications nor was it level. The stone wall was placed in the wrong place and had to be redone. And to top it off they broke both mine and my neighbors mailboxes and refused to pay for the damage."

"First time customer of Peytons Pure Pressure LLC and WOW was I impressed. I contacted 5 different power washing (and gutter cleaning) companies for estimates and availability. Out of the 5 companies, Delonta Peyton of Peytons Pure Pressure LLC was the most organized and accommodating in scheduling an appointment for the services I was needing done to my house. He didn’t try to oversell me on services and products I didn’t need, which I appreciated. One company put a hot wax on the estimate, another whitening, and one flat out didn’t want to clean gutters even though their website said they clean gutters. Delonta power washed the exterior to my vinyl house, front concrete porch, concrete steps and walkway to driveway, concrete driveway, Trex back deck, Trex steps leading up to back deck, and a small Trex bench I have on my back deck. He also cleaned the gutters, which needed to be done. I’m glad he made it a one-stop-shop for us and made us feel confident and comfortable in his ability to get the job done. I noticed a lot of other power washing companies do not do or do not like to do gutter cleaning – only gutter whitening. It doesn’t make me feel confident or comfortable in a company cleaning gutters, if they don’t like to do it or would prefer another company do it. I was relieved to know that Delonta had no concerns cleaning out the gutters. Out of the 5 companies I received estimates for, Delonta Peyton gave the best package deal - gutter cleaning and power washing. One company gave me an estimate with a 10% discount, and still Delonta’s package deal estimate was better. Delonta arrived within the designated timeframe he provided, was very efficient, provided excellent service, and did an amazingly, detailed job. The house looks amazing – far exceeded my expectations! He got gunk and grime off I didn’t think would come off. I recommend him 100% and will be using his services in the future. I’m sharing before and after pictures, as he made a huge difference in the appearance of my house, porch and deck."
