"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

We hired Tyrone to pour a 1200 sqft monolithic slab/foundation for a two-story building. He advised us on options and materials to keep costs down and manage their availability. He kept us informed of the progress at every step of the project. If weather or materials changed beyond his control, he quickly suggested options to keep the project moving. You can easily reach them by phone or text during the entire project. The crew was polite and friendly. Their experience was evident from the start of the project. "Reid Nash proved to be a knowledgeable reliable contractor. We hired him to replace all the support posts for our sunroom which were nearly all rotted through. They shored up the structure and leveled it and replaced the wood posts with brick columns. Reid worked with us on the best price solution to do the columns in brick as opposed to less attractive solutions. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. The finished product is beautiful , solid and well executed. This man is a gem among contractors."

"Was there on time in the am. Dumped the wood on the driveway (moved the basketball hoop so it wouldn't be hit). All in all they were in and out quickly and very professional. Haven't used the wood as of yet- have a supply from last year. But the wood seems like it will burn good- very dry. <br />"

"The level of service was great. They built a beautiful Trex deck (partially covered and partially with pergola, also with a new patio) and it looks beautiful. The estimates we got were in line with others, so it was a fair price. The owner provided the initial contact point. After that, another employee worked hard to keep us updated on progress - he was polite and professional. They had suggestions that we hadn't thought of that added a lot to the deck. The only negative was that it took a while for them to start given they have a lot of projects in the pipeline, so be patient (it could take longer than the initial estimate). Overall, we couldn't be more happy."
