"Mauer Sealing & Stripping heated existing filler in large cracks in our parking lot, installed backer rod, and then filled and sealed the cracks. They also sealed the entire parking lot surface and did the stripping. They followed through later in the winter to make sure any cracks that had reopened were resealed. This was done because of the extensive work done in repairing the large cracks. They also worked with me to resolve a miscommunication in regard to the follow up on those cracks. "John was excellent in communication and responsiveness. He is did exactly what we needed in doing our church parking lot. The place looks great. The only problem was that he told me it only needed overnight to dry. I think it needed longer. This made it so there were some tarry spots and my tire picked up a large bit of the sealer on my tire. It took a while to get it off. He came back to fix it which I appreciated and the lot even looks better then it did. The price they gave was exceptional-and very competitive, I would have him back to do it again with the sticky problem with my car. Also, our parking lot had been neglected for too long and may be part of the problem with the sticky stuff. I again would recommend John highly-he is a hard worker, honest and straightforward business man!"
