"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend! <br />"

"Josh and Kristen contacted me very quickly after my e-mail and set up an appointment to review the property. Kristen arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made suggestions on placement of the fence, the gates, etc. It did take a few days to get the estimate (the company I chose wrote up the estimate before leaving the property), but Josh was very helpful at answering any questions I had. Their price was a little higher than the company I chose but not out of line. I chose another company based on their recommendations and estimate, but mainly due to a personal reference from my cousin. I would not hesitate to contact DPM for any future projects."

"This is a follow-up to an earlier review. A neighbor's landscape service damaged a few posts in the fence and I contacted Burcor to purchase some replacements. It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."
