They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. "Adrian was very quick and knowledgeable to diagnose the problem with my roof, and the team that performed the repair were very thorough. Took longer to finish stomping the ceiling due to the drywall patch not drying in time, but I was glad that, rather than try to speed through the repair and make it sloppy, they waited for it to set and do the repair right so it looked good. "Someone came out to check our interior and exterior walls. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He said there were no major leaks in the mortar that were visible and the leaks were most likely coming from behind the gutter. He explained that the gutter would need to be removed, meaning I would need to hire a roofer since they do not deal with gutters or roofing and that I would end up paying for two jobs. He suggested instead that I find a roofer that would remove the gutter who was skilled enough to do the necessary tuckpointing to save us money. He also looked at the interior damage and told us the materials to buy because we said we wanted to repair that ourselves. He was extremely helpful and gave us the most economical suggestions rather than booking repairs with them and hiring a roofer. If we need work done to our masonry or foundation only in the future, I will definitely go with Hicon."

In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier."
