They rebuilt a lengthy fallen concrete wall and built multiple hardscaping projects, including a paver patio, stepping stones walkway and other new walls. They were punctual, they worked hard and well, and made adjustments or changes without any problem. They were done promptly (as scheduled) and cleaned up the entire area spotlessly. "Best Customer Experience EVER, and I am picky because I taught Customer Service skills & culture installations for decades! 1. They called me to learn what I needed (Pellet Burner( withing 1 day of my Home Advisor inquiry No One Else ever did hat thru Home Advisor or similiar services 2. They called before leaving offfice and arrived exactly on time! 3. Tech explained what he could & could not do with my Pellet Burner AND their standard prices before starting work - just as appointment maker had (5 stars right here!) 4. Tech found issue - that seemed intentionally caused by prior service co. (loosened fuse) fixed it, then explained to me, before continuing with cleaning service I also wanted. 5. Tech cleaned up better than I clean clean my own house 6. Tech was pleasant and WISE - He had me do the "Start up sequence" on my own, twice (15 min apart) to make sure I understood and could do it myself. He asked me to show him - and charmingly avoided "home owners are dumb" that so many techs use, especially w women, I am a senior woman 7. Tech would not take payment until EVERYTHING was done, his tools stowed on his truck and he double checked I was satisfied I could operate pellet burner independently. 8. Professional, Trust worthy & proved it many times over. Fair price. Excellent communications in content & style."

"We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."
