It was a very good experience for me, he was friendly and professional, and I would use his services again."

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Robert, the Flow-Rite employee, arrived on time, was very courteous and did a very thorough and conscientious job.

When he ran into trouble with the job (not his fault at all), he did not leave until the problem was finally fixed ( that means he stayed until 7.30 on a Friday night)! He will return in a few weeks (appointment already scheduled) to run a camera through the main pipe so we can fully diagnose what further work needs to be performed.
