"We were very impressed with Mike and Don. We received recommendation from someone that knew his work. After we had a preliminary design for the kitchen, Mike came over and measured the space against the draft plans. He asked about the things we were looking to have in the new kitchen and made suggestions and corrections in the design. When we had the updated design, he again came over and measured a 2nd time, to make sure it was all correct and to see if we thought of anything else. If he didn't think something was a good idea, he told us so and explained why, which was really helpful. When we signed the contract, he took a small down payment. Because of the pandemic we waited over 6 months for the cabinets to arrive. But once they were finished, we agreed on a start date and Mike and Don showed on time ready to go. All of the sub-contractors Mike used were professional, but a couple stood out, the demolition team; Jose, the tile man; and Jude, the painter. Since we trusted Mike, and things were going well, we started adding projects as we went. At the end we pretty much remodeled the first floor of our house. We probably would have met our original timeline if we had not done the additional work. Lastly, Mike did not demand up front money, we paid as we went, which made us feel in the drivers' seat. My wife and I absolutely recommend Quest Renovations."
