The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"Mike and the rest of his crew at Quality Contractors offered a very competitive bid (compared to other two I sought out) and held true to the estimated cost throughout the project even going so far as to not charge me a little bit more when I modified the design adding maybe a few dozen square feet to a 4000+ sf project. I was very satisfied with the level of communication by both email and text both as the project was approaching and during the work. The quality of the work was very good and would have been excellent had it not been for one or two brush strokes with the float that left a mark in the final product and a small chip to some previously existing concrete that they did repair to a satisfactory level. Given the scope of the project and the fact that it was a driveway I considered these minor blemishes and overall was quite satisfied with the work. One issue that future homeowners should consider is providing an adequate "washout" area. I allowed them to use the area along street in front of my home which left a deposit of grey concrete dust when it dried up and in hindsight would have rather this been done somewhere off site."

"The install went smoothly and did not take long. The only thing that was not perfect was having to reschedule a few times because of Luminous' scheduling problems due to employee illness. Probably not their fault and the owner was good to communicate the changes, so I still gave them high marks. Recommended."

"I've had a recent surgery and then issues with my mower so I looked on Angie's List and called New Hope to take care of our yard .. the owner Clay was very friendly and professional explained their billing , noted I'd get a text the day before they were coming and a billing notice email the following weekend . All happened . Guys that same out to mow were professional , walked with me to see the boundaries of my yard and then went to it . They did a great job ! We have a lot of flower beds , a garden , trees etc and everything was cut clean to those borders with no exception . When they finished they cleaned a rather long wrap around driveway we have , and 2 sidewalks and did it all in about half the time it takes me to do the yard with my Deere . We plan to use them in Sept when we're gone for a month and I'd recommend them with no reservations ."

"It went well. They had some problems getting the right crew out to my house at first. The first crew didn't have enough experience to install pavers, but into the project they seemed to realize the mistake and sent out a second crew that took over for the first crew and did a great job. Everything was just as promised, in the time frame promised. The end product looks great. I gave them a B for price, because I believe the cost of installing the paver walkway was higher than it needed to be. Having said that, Englewood's price was also the lowest bid of any of the five other estimates I got, by about $500. I would have given everybody else a C."
