"One of the best and most courteous young men I have met in a long time! Josaha is a great neat and very knowledgeable of the business! I truly would recommend FloFix for your next plumbing or gasworks project! Gary"

"It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

"I had a sink leak that was getting pretty bad. I called Pinkston Plumbing to set up a time to come out and fix it. Dogu Pinkston called me before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. I always appreciate when service providers give a courtesy call. Doug arrived and quickly saw the issue with the S trap which was not installed correctly to begin with. He replaced the trap and cleaned out the drain since it was draining slow. That drain has not drained that well since I bought the house. He did an excellent job on the repair and was very friendly. I will consider him for all future plumbing projects."

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"This pro contacted me just minutes after I placed my request. The came out and offered to do the work same day. By 3:30 the plumbing work that we needed was completed for a fair price. Would definitely recommend them to others and hire again for future projects."

"Awesome upfront honest helpful I decided to do this project myself however owner was willing to answer all my questions and willing to come out and complete what I couldn't if I needed him to I would hire him or recommend him for any plumbing project"
