The work Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC provided was subpar, completed late, required many follow ups from us to get fixed, and resulted in damages. We are pursing a Small Claims case against Justin Gibbons. See photos for evidence."

We scheduled the installation about a month in advance. Eric's tile guy was AMAZING. I've never seen a contractor work so fast, meticulously and competently. He tore out the old flooring and laid the tile on day one. Left no mess and hauled away all the old flooring. He came back the next day and grouted the tile. It looks fantastic. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work. I've hired a lot of contractors in my years, but this has to have been one of the better experiences. I'd use them again. HIGHLY recommended! A+"
