"Lawn Pros did an outstanding job on my sod installation. The quality of sod was excellent. From the first call, to the completion of the job. Lawn Pros delivered on their word. They were always available to answer any questions along the way. I will not hesitate to call Lawn Pros for any future landscaping needs."
Laying down squares of Floratam St. Augustine. Laying the squares is easy. Notice the prep work. There used to be weed infested grass in that area. Tilling is a lost art but Lawn Pros still uses this method before sod installs.

"Kingrey Trucking is top notch! Have contracted them for several jobs. No job too small or trivial, fair pricing and very professional crew. Show up on time, do the work as agreed upon and no jumping from job to job while you wait on yours to be finished. John Kingrey and his foreman Juan go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. If there were a 10 star rating system, I'd give them a 100! Thank you guys!"

"Showed up on time and completed work in a little over one day. Had all the tools and material with him and did a very good job of saving as much of the old skirting as possible to keep the final costs down. Cleaned up the site and removed all debris from the site. Did a good job of fitting the landscaping logs together and securing them around the base of the trailer. Very professional-looking finished product. <br />"

"It could not have gone BETTER!!!!! This is one of the best company's I have worked with in a long time.  You need to be patience, because they are very busy, but they came the date they were booked for. The workmanship is top quality and looks better than I had expected.  The flooring is very easy to clean with a garden hose.  Mark Sullivan and his staff were a pleasure to do business with. Top notch all the way."

"The original terrazzo floors (1954) all needed cleaning, and covered the entryway, hallways, and kitchen. I wasn't sure what was involved in the process and was worried special equipment would be needed. They were so scummy. I called Melvin and we set up a time to meet at my house for an assessment and quote. He showed up on time, was thorough in checking all the tile, and took time to explain the process of stripping and sealing my floors. No special equipment needed, thank goodness! He gave a fair quote and we set a time for him to return with his associate and start stripping. Melvin and his female business partner showed up bright and early everyday, on time and worked fast and diligently. No messing about (or taking long ridiculous lunches like the last tile guys who never came back). I tried to move my furniture out of the way, but they took time to move the rest on the first day, and helped move it all back when the floors were finished and dry. Melvin even took time after the job was finished to give me pointers on how to keep my floors polished and shiny. Without a doubt, they are the cleanest, nicest, and most professional team I have ever worked with. If I finally decide to redo the tile in my bathroom I am calling Melvin for sure!"

"CC Brick pavers was punctual, professional, thorough and friendly.  Amanda was always available for my call and Steve was great about getting back to me with answers, quotes, an in-person estimate, etc.  I called a number of businesses to quote this job.  Many of the ones I called have A ratings on Angies List.  However, none of them seemed overly interested in doing what I knew was a 'small job'.  A few vendors did respond only to be slow with a quote or crazy expensive.  Steve at CC Brick Pavers was not only interested in our business and responsive, but also reasonably priced and easy to work with .  They showed up a week after we signed our contract and started the job.  Due to the rain, it took a little longer than we both anticipated.  However, they continued to work when the rain let up long enough to allow it.  The pool surround sidewalk looks great and blended beautifully with our existing patios.  They cleaned up thoroughly and made sure everything was perfect before they left.  I would recommend CC Brick Pavers to anyone! <br />"

"I had him demo 3/4 of the house. <br /> <br /> Removal of existing tile and carpet replaced with Wood Plank Tile. <br /> <br /> All appliances removed and replaced with new stainless steel appliances. <br /> <br /> Linoleum Countertops replaced with Granite and undermount sink.  Bathroom countertops and sinks replaced too, with granite. <br /> <br /> New Bathtub installed. <br /> <br /> Tile Backsplash in Bathroom and in Kitchen. <br /> <br /> New light fixtures replaced throughout, new ceiling fans replaced.   <br /> <br /> New exhaust fans, cabinet hardware and faucets replaced in entire home. <br /> <br /> Drywall removed and replaced and interior and exterior painting of entire house. <br /> <br /> Blinds Measured and Installed <br /> <br /> All of this work was done on time, and within my budget.  Matt always answered his phone and when he did not he was usually quick to follow up.   After Matt finished the job, we were able to get a contract on the home within 30 days.  This would not have been possible had I not hired him to help me.  I will definitely use him again in the future."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Kingsville, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
