"They were fast and complete. They did a great job raising the heads and balancing. Because I was happy with their work I asked them to do a french drain. They came out, measured, asked a lot of questions and then never came back. They won't answer emails, won't return phone calls. It has been 2 months trying and they don't respond. That is very unprofessional. I don't understand what happened. They just ignore all contact. Because of that I am changing my recommendation. Don't use them"

"Shotty work, wrong drain system installed, exposed underground pipes could be seen. Upon calling the company, owner did return to cover the pipes correctly, but refused to change the drain system to French. Insisting it was the correct one even though standing water could be seen on the ground. Ground was left unleveled Did return to cover pipe, refused to change drainage or return a portion of the fee paid unfortunately I had to hire another company to correct system and install stepping stones. ( pictures would not upload, I cannot in good conscious recommend this company for landscape project using with pavers and irrigation system."

"Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

Wish they were closer to me for routine issues, but they accommodated me in a timely fashion although their main office is an 75 min drive. "Sy and his team were absolutely wonderful! He provided excellent service at a reasonable rate. He re-landscaped my front yard starting from scratch. He dug up the old plants, substituted sprinkler heads, put in new soil and all the new plants. All new mulch was added to the front back. There was so much attention to detail throughout this project. He truly cared as he even taught me how to use my irrigation system properly. I would highly recommend MLC Landscaping!"
