The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"The windows are great!  The sliding door I had a few problems in the beginning, which they fixed - the door would not close properly and they had to switch out the sliding glass door twice.  Although not sure if the seals are broken, I can clean both sides of the sliding door and it still appears dirty.  It has a lifetime guarantee.  However, I have tried calling the local number but it has been disconnected.  I have contacted the CastleWindows.com website in hopes they will find someone to fix the problem.  I will update this review with the outcome and whether or not the issue gets resolved.
