"Excellent experience with this company from the first call to schedule a bid to the final inspection. It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. "If we could give a 10-star rating we would. We recently replaced 12 windows with JDI and have nothing but the highest recommendation for them. Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive and we really liked that NO down payment/upfront money was required until the installation was complete. We had 4 bids and JDI was the only company that offers this. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys. Darrin Sr. is great at communicating (scheduling, expectations, etc.). They were on time and worked continuously until the entire job was completed (1 ½ days). As each window was installed they cleaned the windows, vacuumed, cleaned up all construction material and reinstalled our blinds... THANK YOU!! "We got 5 proposals from 5 different companies when starting our project of finishing the basement. I liked Kevin a lot when we spoke. I liked how knowledgeable he was and he seemed genuine. Then I saw a very negative review and reconsidered. I spoke to Kevin and he said the reality was very different than what the poster had claimed. In the end we decided to go with our gut and we hired Kevin and Classic Remodeling. Overall the quality is very good. Communication and responsiveness excellent. Right on budget, not charged anything more than what was agreed to. Timing took longer than first proposed, but we understand when working with subcontractors, it is difficult. Kevin did many things above and beyond for us. Any concerns we have had, he has addressed quickly. In fact, he has been paid, but still a lingering issue with a drain and a couple of things and he is just as responsive now as when we owed him money. I am not usually impressed with services anymore, but I have been with Kevin and Classic Remodeling. I would use them again a thousand times over."

"First off let me say that it was a pleasure doing business with All Universal Construction! Owner Mike and his crew are nothing less than amazing! I had a dusty, dark, unfinished basement that I wanted converted into two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. All Universal came in and absolutely knocked it out of the park! Wow! I couldn’t be happier with the result! Absolutely exceeded my expectations. That being said, after almost two years of enjoying our amazing basement space I noticed that some tiles in the bathroom shower had begun to pop off the wall. As you can imagine I was pretty frustrated. I called All Universal and spoke to Mike. Within hours he was at my house assessing the situation. Unfortunately the warranty on the work had expired, so I would have to pay for the repairs. No big deal. However I also wanted to have the tile completely changed anyway, which is a completely new job. Mike then tells me he would install the new tile and waterproof wallboard at no cost if I purchased the new tile. Blew me away! A couple days later I have a brand new shower! Just amazing!
