"Michael and his team were beyond amazing! We learned about flooding to our basement while we were out of town. We called 1800 Water Damage to figure out next steps and they worked with us, via phone, every step of the way. They were careful to keep deconstruction and additional costs to a minimum and the final price was actually LESS than the original estimate! Michael was VERY responsive and friendly and did an exceptional job explaining the details to us. Taking care of water damage while you are out of town is very stressful and Michael and his team really help put us at ease. Our friends and neighbors were there to inspect for us and had nothing but great things to say about the work performed.
