"There were traffic and accidents so he came after the scheduled appointment time by about 20 minutes. He kept having to leave to get more tools. At one point there was a young woman in his van just sitting there in my culdesac for at least half an hour while he worked. He let my glass front door slam shut each time he came in or out. At one point the handle fell off, which it often does, but he jammed it back together improperly so my husband and I had to pry that apart to be able to put it back on so that our door would close again. He left the parts that he cut out of the main line in our basement instead of taking them out with him when we actually had a dumpster in the driveway that he could have easily used. He didn't introduce himself or who he was with when he came up. My husband opened the door and said hi, this guy said hi, and then he asked to see where the back up was. He said that our main line inside our house needed to be replaced so we're getting a second opinion on that but the line is no longer backing up into the bathroom or the basement so he did do what he needed to for the call but I wish he had cleaned up after himself. He also parked improperly, sticking out from our driveway for the whole time he was here when he should have parked against the curb so as not to block any of my neighbors. No one had trouble getting in or out that I've been told but there was no reason for him to park like that when there was space available."

"We were having problems with our well for several months. We called another well company who came out twice and basically said there weren't any  problems that removing the kitchen sink sprayer wouldn't solve. We removed the kitchen sink sprayer which did nothing for our well problem. I checked out Angie's list and found Parker drilling and pump supply. They came right out and immediately found a fuse that was burned out. They replaced the fuse and said to call them back off the problem continued. We called them back out a couple of weeks later and they came right out. "I have had problems with the main sewer line in the basement. At times it would back up out of the floor drain. I have had 3 different companies come out and they would clean out the pipe and say that everything is OK. There were good reports about Anthony's plumbing on the internet so I tried them. Dano Stollsteimer showed up on time and correctly diagnosed the problem. The cast iron pipe in the slab had rusted out and needed to be replaced. I have not had any trouble since they replaced the cast iron. I'm very happy with the work they have done. <br />"

"Doug was very timely, professional and very helpful.  Doug described in good detail what the issue was and then recommended we NOT use his services, but instead explore the roof replacement.  Doug then offered to discuss the necessary remediation steps with the roofer.  Doug could of pushed for his own engagement, but did the right thing, which in this case was to not perform the services.  Doug talked the next day with our roofer.  We didn't need Doug's services this time, but we'll definitely be using Doug if we ever need mold review/remediation in the future! <br> <br> <br>"
