They also installed conduit for future electrical, and laid a drain line from the downspouts on the upper level which runs into a drainage channel where a future water feature will be installed. In addition, they spread some left over gravel and leveled an area where we intend to build a barn/workshop. All of our friends and neighbors tell us the finished project is beautiful and esthetically pleasing.
