 I had an issue with the layout of a sidewalk and the owner offered to tear it out and redo it without any hassle. I had an issue with the workers wanting to use my bathroom and the owner dealt with it immediately and was very apologetic.

"We purchased a townhome in Flagstaff several months ago. The unit is situated on a small hill with a pine forest to the rear. There was a small patio in the rear yard. However, the soil was eroding down the hill into the valley below and the patio was cracking due to the unstable soil. I contacted Angelsun Landscaping and Michael inspected the problem and came up with a solution to stop the erosion and stabilize the rear yard with a retaining wall and extending our brick paver patio. JP, Michael's father suggested additional items and solutions. The work took just a little over a week. We were not at the property while the work was taking place. When we arrived to view the work...we were totally blown away by the improvements. They were better than expected. The new patio was magnificent!! In addition, an aluminum wrought iron style fence was added plus a planting area. All the work exceeded our expectations. "Nathan and his crew did outstanding work. Showed up on time, worked long hours and completed the job in under three weeks. They also installed conduit for future electrical, and laid a drain line from the downspouts on the upper level which runs into a drainage channel where a future water feature will be installed. In addition, they spread some left over gravel and leveled an area where we intend to build a barn/workshop. All of our friends and neighbors tell us the finished project is beautiful and esthetically pleasing.
