Ive been offering cleaning services for over 20 years. Started with park model rentals for vacationers in Parker Az on the colorado river (which would be equivalent to todays Airbnbs). "Prompt on quote and willing to take time in person and over the phone to answer all questions.  Coordinated with gutter company for removal of gutter helmet on house and patio along with gutters on patio before roofing started.  Did a good job of reinforcing section of patio that needed removed and replaced due to rot.  All workers were friendly and professional.  Did a good job with cleanup each day; took 4 days to complete (partially due to wait on city inspector).  Foreman took pictures during reroof and owner after reroof that were required as proof of installation for insurance company (had hail damage to roof).  Always prompt returning calls and follow up questions.  Excellent reroofing job; would definitely use again! <br />"

"About 2 years ago we had Allstate Roofing we do our tile part of our roof with a new underlayment and they did a great job. So when we needed to get our built up roofing areas done we felt good about having them back since the first experience was very good. Allstate Roofing applied a silicone roof sealer to our built up roof areas. One of the areas was the garage and our a/c unit sits on the garage roof. When Chad came out initially he noticed that the area around the a/c unit needed to be re-coated and underneath of it as well as all of the garage roof and the patio roof. Chad did a great job in coordinating their roof re-coating with the a/c contractor that needed to move the a/c unit temporarily so the coating could be done underneath of it. Chad had told us that since he knew we would be without a/c and it was getting very hot that they would do their best to get it scheduled in ASAP, which they did. The same day that the a/c unit was moved Allstate Roofing came out about an hour after the a/c contractor was done and applied the roof re-coat where the a/c unit was and around it. Then Chad had coordinated the a/c contractor to come back later in that same day and put the a/c unit back and hook it up. We really appreciate Chad, the owner of Allstate Roofing and his crew getting the re-coating done and the fact that the a/c unit was hooked back up and running later on that same day. "Brian and his crew were all very courteous, friendly, and very professional; easy to work with, explaining everything as they worked.  They worked hard the entire 4 or 5 days they were here.  They even used a magnet to sweep the yard for debris.  I have never seen any contractors clean up after themselves as well as Brian and his crew.  The yard was spotless when they left.   I would definitely recommend them to anybody. <br>"

"I would not use her services again because they underestimated the time it would take to do the job. I should have purchased 6 hours instead of 4 hours, but she led me to believe that 4 hours would be sufficient. What I got for $160 I did not feel it was worth it. I was left disappointed. I was a little underwhelmed. She did not understand when I said deep clean I really meant that. That's a part of the challenge her not seeing it before she did the work. I can describe and I can be thorough there's nothing like seeing it. Then I could have made a more informed decision, if she had said to do what you need would require 6 hours and then I could have evaluated if I wanted to do the 6 hours. It would have been a better experience if she had seen it before she did the job. She promotes herself as green, I am chemically sensitive. Don't tell me green and use not green."
