A couple small issues: communication was challenging at times because it was hard to know when the crew was going to actually arrive at our house to work, and they mistakenly dug up the wrong part of our lawn due to a miscommunication; quality-wise, a thin crack appeared on part of the concrete patio after a few months. We had pumper truck supply to backyard.

Estimated quantity needed was very good. I had separate smaller area, about 6' x 8' that I included in project, to be used as a foundation for a putting green. Beyond that there was one full wheel-barrow of unused cement after cleaning out pipes run from pumper truck. fortunately I had a place from a different project where we poured that remainder.

I would hire this contractor again, but whether it be this one or another I will hope to remember to ask about the disposition of any remainder, especially if I don't have a place to dispose or use. On the bright side, having a little extra is a whole lot better than being a little short. Might not have yielded such a smooth putt.

"They were very responsive up front and scheduled the work quickly. Arrived on the day and helped us complete some other work at no additional charge while waiting for cement to arrive. Unfortunatley one of the workers walked across the patio and left mud boot marks that will not come out. We attempted to contact Sam multiple times however, after the first time he answered via text he stoped responding and never came out to address the issue. We are now stuck with permanent boot marks in our patio. They also requested to be paid in full up front but backed off when we offered to put half down. Otherwise we were pretty happy with the work but very disappointed that they did not respond or even come by to see if there was anything they could do to help fix the issue."

He was very prompt and was on time for every step of the process. If he said he was going to show up at specific time he was there. His tear down of the old driveway and path was very efficient.
