I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. "Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."
