Front lawn was sodded and back lawn thatched and reseeded. The crew were hard working, and courteous. They meticulously cleaned up all yard debris and left the yard spotless. The only reason I'm giving 4 star is because I want to see how reseeded portion of lawn does. All in all though I was impressed with their work."

They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."
