"Very smoothly with great efficiency and attention to details. Ryan also repaired some rotted clapboards and trim replacement that look fantastic."

"Rick did removed cabinets for us in the kitchen and put in new lighting. He also did a lot of work finishing our basement. He put up a ceiling, a wall, built us a custom wet bar and finished all the basement trim. His quality of work is excellent, he is so easy to work with and is very flexible. His prices are great too. We will be calling Rick again for all of our future projects!"

"????? Joe did an awesome job mounting my TV on the wall. He was professional, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was level, secure, and looked clean when he was finished. The whole process was easy and the TV came out perfect. "We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again."

"locke It In Construction was an amazing company. they went beyond there duties. i had a bunch of stuff in my garage that needed to be moved, and i was unable to get it done on time and instead of rescheduling there crew went right to work pulling all the stuff out of the way just to get to there tasks. on top of that they did an amazing job timely and very respectful to everyone in my household... i had them hanging 12 ft sheets on a 9 foot ceiling height and i offered them to cut the sheets in half but instead of taking the easy way out they got it done i couldn't thank them enough. they had told me the reason for it, " later on down the road when you go to mud the seems , its always less the better." that shows hes always looking on down the future for your best interest and hes always helping out the customer no matter what.. the price was great the time was great, and overall all the completion came out great. on top of that my garage has never been so clean.. thank you to Locke It In construction i simply could ask for a better out come or such a profesional job YOU GUYS ROCKED!!"

"Rich was professional and did some of the best carpentry work I've seen in a long while. His price was better than we had hoped for . Can't imagine using anyone else for home repair ."

"Excellent work! Super professional, friendly, communicative and they definitely knew what they were doing. They got the work done way quicker than we could have, that’s for sure. I was impressed that they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with the quality and scope of the work done. I would definitely recommend!"
