If you can get them for an install, you won't be disappointed. The front office however, is another story. Our salesman, Keron was very personable when we met. Once we finally decide on the price for the install, which I still think is high, and signed the contract, we never heard another word from him. It was like take the money and run. We emailed about a promotion they had going on and never received a reply. If I had to rate Keron, it would be less than 1. We did have a project issue early on, that Bordner wanted to charge us for, but to their credit, it was waived. This an the value for the money make it hard to totally recommend. "I purchased a Big Deal for furnace and A/C tune up.  The service was scheduled right away after purchase.  Technician showed up on time and was very professional.  He was even careful to protect our carpets by wearing shoe covers.  He said he was not able to perform an assessment of the A/C charge due to the cold temperatures, however performed all other services requested.  He did a thorough assessment of our HVAC and determined a lot of repairs were needed and/or replacement would be necessary.  The quoted prices for repairs and replacement of our furnace are a bit high compared to other quotes we have since received.  Otherwise, the technician was knowledgeable and very thorough and professional."
