He arrived on schedule, communicated clearly and was very professional. He described what he would do for a "more expensive" and permanent fix, but said I could get by with a simple DIY approach which should last until I need to re-roof. The only negative was a misunderstanding about whether the roof rot repair was ready for inspection by the termite inspector as the house was being prepared for sale. But the company repaired all areas that the termite inspector pointed out, and it passed inspection. The work was even finished a day early. Great job.
