"Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done."

I left a message on Saturday and then called cell number on business card Edwin had left before. He answered the phone on a Sunday and came straight to my home on a Sunday afternoon after returning from a trip out of town. He completed the repairs in less than an hour at a very reasonable price.
