The job was to remove carpeting on the 3rd floor of a townhouse we just bought and replace it with hardwood. When they went to install the new floors both my wife and I were out of town and they discovered that the wood color we had agreed to didn't match the bannister's color. To be sure we would be pleased with the results, they retrieved 3 other types of wood, called us and discussed over FaceTime which of the new wood planks we preferred. Even though the wood we ultimately chose was more expensive than the original one we originally selected, they didn't charge us extra. So many vendors would have just installed the agreed-upon wood and charged us for a change request: this company clearly works differently. Post-install, when we needed a door to be adjusted, we called Aref and a tech was at the house within 2 hours to fix it, again at no charge. "I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."
