"Mr. Reyes was extremely helpful and informative for my project. The only responsive contractor able to do actual plaster lath work and repairs. His crew did a superb job repairing living room ceiling which had a large hole (created by a plumbing repair contractor) and resulting cracks. The repair matched well, barely detectable by someone actually trying to find the repair area. Work was completed, no dirt, debris, or dust to anything in the living room and work residue cleaned up quickly and removed from the residence upon completion in less than a day. Pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. Will strongly consider them for next project."

Jose and his employees completed renovations on three floors, including a complete bathroom remodel, flooring installation, whole house painting, including ceilings, and installing new fixtures, faucets, doors, and lighting throughout the entire home. In addition, he took on a garage remodel, power, washing, landscaping, repairing of my brick front steps, and installations of new screens. Jose also coordinated the installation of a new driveway that was very lengthy and steep as well as new sidewalks around the home. The CJ team was brought in to identify a leak in a ceiling. They quickly discovered that it was the upstairs bathroom as the culprit. The team developed a complete list of tasks and pricing to repair the issue. The work they delivered is of the utmost quality. Key items to their quality effort include: making things right that the previous homeowner had "Cut corners" on, great clean up services and superb communication via email and text messaging. If you have been putting off an improvement to your home, take the time to meet with the CJ team and improve your home for your comfort. They have a great design team to look at kitchen and bathroom designs. They are responsive via email and text. Most importantly they focus on quality for your home. "Excellent in every way. Sunshine assigned a team of three installers who started on a Tuesday, also worked on Saturday, and completed all aspects of the installation by the following Wednesday. The quality of the work, including installation, responding to any questions we had along the way, and cleaning up the work areas at the end of each day helped make for an efficient and well -done project. The lead installer also replaced a front screen door on the final day of the project. In addition, the estimating process for the project was clear and easy to understand."

"Quote for the work: the person who came out was very friendly and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable, listened well, and was able to articulate back to me the plan to address all the problem areas I described. He took the time to physically touch and look at the areas in question and at other secondary areas associated with the main problem areas. The scheduling: scheduling took a bit of time because this company only likes to get paid via Venmo or Credit card, so I mailed a bank check but once they received it they immediately scheduled the work for two days. The contract was done online and didn't take too much time to knock out. The agents were extremely friendly. Job: unfortunately, the execution of the job itself went not too great. Weeks after this job I had another job I was to get done, which is ongoing and I'll address in a separate review. This work was scheduled for the same two days in order to have all the crews working at the same time. Unfortunately, when the garage crew showed up to work on the other project I asked about the House crew and they said that they weren't aware of that work. They pulled one member of the garage work to checkout the house work but it ended up in just waiting for another person to show up on day two. Once the confusion was ironed out they sent a drywall team that did an excellent job, they sent a plumber/electrician that did an excellent job. The roofing person was very professional and friendly, and explained that they were unable to find the correct color shingles because the Home depot/Lowes were out and the factory were not making more due to Covid. They gave me the option of trying to source it myself or just remove it from the contract, i chose the latter. Overall, the house work, albeit done a day later than expected turned out well. Kudos to the team. Their call team were very responsive but Ben and Vita, the owners and shot callers for the crews were harder to reach due to their busy schedules. However, once reached they were very supporting and did a great job problem solving to address the issues. I rate them a 5 despite the scheduling issue because its Christmas Season and we are still under the Pandemic drama which resulted in some of Ben's crew calling in sick."
