In addition, in the summer the sun shines so brightly on the deck that we could never really enjoy it. Deck and Shed Pros built us a customized sun screen that blends in beautifully with the deck and will add so much to our enjoyment of the deck this summer. This was the first time Deck and Shed Pros had constructed this type of shade and it was actually better than we had visualized. We also added lighting to the posts and stairs which makes it really "pop" at night. The team was super easy to work with, kept us informed at all stages and created a beautiful outdoor living space for us to enjoy for years to come. The communication was timely and easy. You all made making payments simple. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond expected. "This is the 2nd job we've hired Russett Deck Professionals for. We had 2 decks up 1 story falling apart. Tom worked with us on new design to maximize the space, and provided quotes for a few materials options. We ended up going with trex decking and keylink for the rail system. Could not be more pleased with the result. Tom and his son worked diligently to install the new decks and build them into the space like they were designed with the house. Their skill and craftsmanship are 2nd to none. They pay close attention to the details, from rounding the edges of the drink rail, to tightening every vertical cable on the railing by hand. "Our pool is 35+ years old. Watermark Pool Services updated our pool with new tile, new coping and new plaster about 10 years ago. This year, we needed a few repairs, plus my husband always wanted sky blue plaster. This company's work crews are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I wouldn't want any other company but Watermark doing the work on my pool! We absolutely love our "new" pool and the blue plaster looks amazing!"

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
