"The service was very good.  Kevin had to re-schedule, but he worked us in on a Saturday and showed up on time and ready to go.  The tile and grout was dirtier than expected, but Kevin spent extra time to make sure it was professionally cleaned.  It probably took him about two hours longer to clean the tile than estimated, but he did not charge extra and honored the Angie's List deal.  I would highly recommend his services.
