"This was a special deal offered for $200 for a two-car garage. An additional $100 for a three-car garage. The provider took everything out of the garage, cleaned out cob webs, swept and mopped the floor, dusted surfaces, then replaced all items in an orderly fashion. Most items were at least quickly wiped off although most are still pretty dirty. (My hands were black after reorganizing a few things after they left.)
On the whole, I would say this was a great bargain for the price. Definitely not sparkling clean but it's unrealistic to expect that for the price and it is much better than it had been.
Positives: prompt, professional team, garage is less dirty and more organized. Negatives: this is not a criticism of them but just of the general process, since I did not stand there and watch or direct their activities, it is hard to now find some things in the garage. They organized things the way they thought made sense (ie. all liquids together) and generally did a good job but that may not be the way you think of things (ie. all gardening things together.) It took about 3 hours which was great.
Your garage won't look like the "after" picture in garage company ads, but for a quick clean it is a good value.
