"They came out last Sept 2016 and did a diagram of what was needed. I reviewed the plan and said it looked fine.and nothing was scheduled, I paid no money and signed nothing. I was kind of shocked that they would do it without first calling me - especially since it had been so long since we had discussed the landscaping. Plus the fact that I wasn't even home! I would have appreciated a 'heads up' they were coming and I would have been home. I would have liked to have seen the trees before they installed them. I would have preferred larger trees than the ones they put in. Just very bad communication on their part.. . The only solution they offered was to come and take all the landscaping out. I felt I was dismissed and that it wasn't a big thing..but it was to me. I will not use them again."
