"My experience with Scott, the system design specialist, was great. He was very thorough, made sure I understood what my waterproofing options were, made suggestions based on my needs and budget and made sure all my questions were answered. He was even willing to negotiate the price somewhat at my request. The work crew showed up early the day the work was scheduled to be done. It was a bit daunting as I watched them drag in their concrete jackhammers, masks, etc. I was also a bit uneasy upon discovering that the foreman spoke very broken English while the rest of the crew spoke none. I needed to confirm a few details with the foremen and managed to get my point across. At that point, the noise began and I headed off to work. I stopped back in the early afternoon, about 1/2 hour before the job was complete, to make the final payment. The crew was finishing up with the cementing and starting to clean up at that point. I was also expecting the foreman to offer to show me how to flush the system and how to monitor the sump pump. I'm quite certain he would not have done so had I not asked. When I returned to the house later on that afternoon, the crew was gone and I proceeded to inspect the work in the basement. Some of the cement finishing was a bit crude in some spots. There was minor damage done to a corner of the drywall (however, I was pre-informed that might happen). But over all, it seemed as though the job came just fine."

"They were in the midst of another job when we called to say that we were unable to get water from our well.one of the Froemel boys came and checked our pump immediately to see if the pump needed replacing. That was okay, so he did a check on the piping and found that to be a problem. He came back the following Monday to try pulling the well. It refused to budge after a few hours of trying with his helper, so he came back the next day with a bigger rig and his father. That did the trick. We had the pipes and sandpoint replaced and have had no problems since. I recommend them to anyone in need of having a well worked on.
