"Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

"The company was very helpful in explaining the various options in setting up the perimeter of the yard and provided quote on initial visit.  Showed us example of the equipment used and how it worked at the initial consultation.  No high pressure sales.  They helped with training of the dog at the day of the installation.  They were very professional even when confronted by overly intrusive neighbors. <br /> The area of installation was as if nothing was installed.  They cleaned up the area and installation area was very well taken care of by the installers. <br /> The gentlemen that installed the system were very helpful in making sure that we understood everything that we needed to do both with the system and in training our dog for the system.  I would highly recommend this company to install the underground pet fence as the cost was very reasonable for the product received as well as how they treated us and our dog. <br />"

"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"I hired Greg Watson to cut down some trees in my backyard, remove a few bushes, grind the stumps, trim two trees in my front yard, and replace a 175 foot privacy fence. I'm mostly satisfied with the end result, but my main complaint is that the job took far too long to complete. Work started on 4/23 but it wasn't completed until 7/2. There's no reason the job should have taken that long. There were probably no more than 10 days when people were actually at my property working. Weeks would go by without any progress. I would be told they would show up on a certain day and resume work, but then nobody would show. Toward the end I nearly hired another company to finish the job so that it would get completed. <br /> <br /> Talking to Greg at the end of the job, he said that he took on too many jobs and fell behind and that weather slowed him down. If you hire him, I would suggest getting everything in writing up front including when the job will be completed. This is especially important for any job that can't be completed in a single day. I did not do this, and I regretted it. I personally would not hire him again based on my experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

From the start it was apparent that the priority with AR is a top-notch job and customer satisfaction rather than a quick sale. "I contacted Willis Fence and after thoroughly listening to what I wanted, they took care of everything from contacting the utilities to obtaining the permit. Everyone was very respectful from the salesman to the installers. I knew the layout I wanted would be challenging, so it was comforting when the salesman really listened to me and provided solutions that would work. "October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"They worked with me in their busy spring season (we had had a lot of rain) to get the repair done before we had to leave on an extended vacation. They reused the fallen sections that were still in decent shape and only replaced the three posts and a few vertical boards that were damaged in the storm which kept the cost low and the fence looking uniform. They accomplished the repairs without bothering plants that were close to the fence and left it looking like nothing had ever happened. Very pleased."

"Respectable Restoration did an excellent job, and I plan to hire them when I need work done in the future. Eric was helpful, patiently and straightforwardly explaining his plan for completing the work. He took numerous pictures of my roof, so I could see the problems for myself without climbing a ladder.  His quote was not the cheapest, but he did knock $300 off his original bid reducing the difference between his quote and the next cheapest by more than half. <br /> He started the work promptly, a little more than a week from when I gave him the go-ahead. His workers were courteous and efficient. One thing I particularly appreciated was the extensive work he did restoring my lawn. His quote did NOT specify lawn repair after the damage from trenching, but he did it anyway. I've had plumbers dig up my lawn and leave a horrible mess for me to clean up, so I was particularly appreciative of all his work regrading and reseeding. Similarly, they did far more work on the roof than was quoted but didn't charge me anything extra. They also connected one downspout to the drainage system and ran leafguard on a section of gutter that was not included in the original quote, also at no extra charge. In fact, I was so pleased with all the extra work Eric did that I paid him $3400 on a $3300 contract, even though he didn't request any extra money. Respectable Restoration is an outstanding company--I can't recommend them highly enough. <br />"
