When it didn't fit, he took the old motor to find an appropriate replacement. We weren't surprised it didn't fit since this particular furnace isn't made anymore. When they returned, the new motor fit right in and started promptly. They were the ultimate gentlemen and offered advice about how to listen for furnace problems, cleaned up after themselves including sweeping and offering to mop my kitchen floor since it was snowy outside. This is not the first time I've used them and certainly won't be the last. Our house is 50+ years old and needs the type of TLC Mr. Owens provides."

"For my last project, instead of just cutting slots, blowing and insulation, they took off of the slats in the back of board along the entire back wall which was lop siding the back of board and replaced it all. I had a picture window put in and double hung on each end and cost me $300 for three windows. I like them. They do not handle everything under the sun but at least they tell me but they have done good work. They're always prompt and they always call back. They always carry through of what they say, they are going to do. I would use them again in the future. They are going to come out for another little project that I've got."

Called Mr. Kintzele who came over the weekend after our conversation and completed the project which required several trips (mudding the new drywall, taping and painting the closet before remounting the clothes rod. <br /> We were so pleased with Mr. Kintzele's work that we asked him to repair screens on porch that had become torn or pulled out of doors and windows. Fearing the project might be too small for Mr. Kintzele, he agreed without any qualms to complete the project and did so the following week. <br /> Again, we were very pleased with the quality and promptness of Mr. Kintzele's work.
