Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"Don did a splendid job on fixing our gutters. He corrected the sloping at multiple locations, installed splash guards and new downspouts for us. Every piece of the work was done to a very high standard. I could not comment on the pricing because I did not have other quotes to compare but I though it was reasonable. We'd definitely ask Don to do other works again in the future."

"It went very well He did a great job on putting gutters up and took pictures so I could see what he did"

"I feel my review was a little harsh & could have been worded better. Thomas-Maci did a great & efficient job. He did communicate to me that some people clean their gutters twice a year. I just felt like he might have suggested to me to wait because I have many trees that still had a lot of leaves. Thomas called me tonight & offered to go blow my gutters out again... free of charge. Great customer service. I will use him again."

"They were suppose to come back and put a cap which they never did but overall we were very pleased with the rest of the work."

"I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews after having our gutters serviced last month. Mario came out and gave us a fair quote, and scheduled the installation of the gutter guards. He didn't try to upsell us, and in fact told us our gutters were fine and didn't need replacing prior to the gutter guards. The crew came out and finished the job in one day. A month later, so far so good. They also sent us pictures of the job from on top of the roof once it was complete so we could see how everything looked. So far I have no complaints!"

"I love my roof. The only issue with this company is their communication. They took care of me quickly, but I got paranoid due to there being 3 people on Facebook claiming to be scammed. Good news: I was not scammed. They are legit. They may not always answer their phones, and sometimes it may take them a while to give you what they promised, but they seem to deliver. Plus, they had a great price and the roof looks nice. Only thing left is to get the certificate of completion for insurance purposes."

"Rather well. The installer clearly explained the entire process and completed the install in a timely manner."
